One of these days I'm gonna miss this!

We had a small garden this summer and I got to do something I always wanted to learn to do,can food. Not many people would get up early just let someone make a big mess in their kitchen but my Mawmaw did! She was so happy I was there and she was so happy just teaching me something. My thrifty side was proud also at first, it just seemed like a lot of work for a few cans of tomatoes but when I added it up I've saved myself about sixty bucks! Mostly wanted to blog this because its such a sweet memory for me :)
