Our Spring Break 2011

Our Spring Break was last week - Look at how I say our Spring Break. Like I'm in school. When your a stay at home mom, pretty much your kids life - is your life. :) We had a good break, we stayed at some of our friends cabin on Smith Lake. My two kids plus Dalton. I wish it hadn't rain so much because it caused so much debris in the water and it hampered fishing but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. Here are the pictures from our trip.

If anyone is interested in renting a cabin this Summer I would highly recommend this one. It's super cozy and only about two hours from Huntsville. It's three bedroom and three bath. I'll be happy to pass on the info to anyone who is interested.

Day 8!

Day eight: a picture that makes you laugh. Trenton wins the makes me laugh award. I think thats half his problem - he gets out of trouble by making me laugh.

Need my blog readers help! My family is doing a 3k walk for autism in honor of Tyler Ryan. Tyler is a big part of our lifes and we just love him! We brought Tyler home from the hospital when he was three weeks old. We officially adopted him when he was three and a half years old. Although, Tyler is not biologically ours he could not be more ours in our hearts. As any parent knows to see your child suffer with anything that's debilitating as autism is heart wrenching. Tyler has so much to say but doesn't have the words. Speech is not the only affect autism has on Tyler.  He also has low muscle tone, poor coordination and social skills. We would appreciate any donation for further research so a cure can be found.

Day 7

Day seven: a picture of your most treasured item.
I'm at the cabin for Spring Break with the kids and I ran across this picture of Kevin. Most fitting for day seven. I truly treasure my marriage. Being away from him during this time has made me appreciate and miss him. Kevin is such a good person. I'm so blessed to have him in my life.  

Day 6!

Day six: a picture of a person you'd love to trade places with for a day: Hands down!!! I'd love to be nine for one day again! To have all the energy in the word... No responsibility...... No true worries.....  And the best mom in the world ;) !

Our honeymoon - We had the best time. We went to Chattanooga, Tennessee and then went to the Smokey Mountains. 
We left our wedding in a boat.
